Over the Christmas period we will be closing our general cleaning activities from 1pm on the 24th of December until the 4th of January.

All our current clients requesting cleaning over this period will be serviced as usual.

MA Cleaning & Contract Services have had a busy month. Clients have provided excellent feedback on the quality and efficiency of work we have carried out for them.

We provide fast response times and have an out of hours emergency number 07921 088616. We can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This is some of the work we have carried out recently to our Customers Satisfaction:

An existing client in Brixham has extended our contract by asking us to clean a new building. This is in addition to the current work we carry out for them.

We wow a Sheltered Housing site in Cheddar with a build clean that not only removes the dust and paint but gives the whole site a good autumn clean.

Our Torquay painting team swiftly redecorates voids for the TPSL unit within just a few days.

East Devon Social Services rely on our bio-hazard cleaning team to clear and clean and sanitise a property in Tiverton.

Mobile Staff to undertake Driver Awareness Training

On 26th November all our mobile cleaning staff will be undertaking Driver Awareness Training.

This will ensure staff out on the road are driving safely and efficiently and feel confident whilst out on the road. This demonstrates our commitment to staff training, safety and development.

Case Study

The Music Mill
Newton Abbot, Devon

MA Cleaning and Contract Services have held the Contract for managing the cleaning requirements at The Music Mill, Newton Abbot since 2007.

The Music Mill is a media training centre that caters for all parts of the music and broadcast industry, as well as dance and the performing arts. The centre has some very sensitive electrical equipment so dust is a big issue.

The requirement was for a contractor to provide cleaning services to the main areas to include window cleaning, carpet cleaning and waste disposal.

MA Cleaning & Contract Services were able to offer a cost effective solution whilst maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint

MA Cleaning & Contract Services are moving ever forward in our mission to reduce carbon foot print and reduction to land fill.

This week has seen the initial stages of moving towards the goal of a paperless office ( if only) by providing our staff members with e-mail generated wage/ salary payment advices. Whilst there have been one or two teething issues this provides a speedy system of wage notifications to our employees. Of course some staff are still in favour of the traditional system, but on the whole most of our staff have accepted the introduction as they are able to see their earnings as it hits their accounts. This also provides a faster opportunity to resolve any queries.

We are further supporting the iniative by encouraging our clients to electronically send us their payment remittances. We hope to further extend this communication by providing time and date coded invoices. Needless to say this provides a fast and secure system of communication reducing paper consumption and postage.

It may be a while before we can claim to be a paperless office but we are making a significant effort in reducing our carbon footprint.

MA Cleaning Receive Constructionline Accreditation

MA Cleaning are pleased to announce accreditation by Constructionline, the UK’s register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers.

Constructionline aims to make the pre qualification process easier and more efficient bycompiling an up to date database of registered suppliers and eliminating the need to complete endless PPQ documents.

Constructionline is solution that 8,000 buyers from over 2,000 organisations are already making the most of. All suppliers are pre-qualified to government standards and buyers are introduced to relevant suppliers free of charge.
