- All furniture and rubbish will be removed from the property to our waste transfer site. Items of extreme value are personally handed to the relevant staff member and a receipt will be issued for future reference.
Unless otherwise instructed, general household goods are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
A void clean on a property can then be initiated to allow the new tenants to move into a completely clean property.
